Some of the proudest moments for me have been quiet ones - a young girl from Srikakulam getting her first letter of appointment, a boy from a village near Jewar standing taller after his training, students in Odisha who had never left their district, learning skills that could take them anywhere. None of them started with much. All of them started somewhere.

That is what Bird Academy has tried to be, since 1998, a starting point. One step, then another. Rome wasn't built in a day, and neither is a career. But every small step adds up to something larger, a family's future changes, a community's future changes, and in some small way, the country's does too.”
