One of Bird Academy's significant collaborations is with Mundus Institute, Hawaii, USA, facilitating installation, familiarisation, and student training on MUNDUS, a computer-based Amadeus training software, through specially crafted training modules.

Bird Academy is an accredited Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) training centre of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Ministry of Civil Aviation — conducting mandatory DGR training for personnel across airlines, ground handling agencies, and critical airport operations.
The Academy has signed agreements with leading airlines and ground handling agencies, including Air Vistara, Celebi, Delhi Cargo Management Pvt. Ltd, Celebi Airport Services India Pvt. Ltd, MAK Airways Pvt. Ltd, Airports Authority of India, CG Logistics Pvt. Ltd, Sky Airways Pvt. Ltd, Zoom Air Pvt. Ltd, and Virgin Atlantic Cargo.

Bird Academy has been an accredited institute of the International Air Transport Association (IATA) since 2002. Through IATA's Training Development Institute (ITDI), the Academy delivers diploma and certificate courses across Tourism, Aviation, and Cargo disciplines, as an Authorised Training Centre (ATC), Accredited Training School (ATS), and India's first and only Regional Training Partner (RTP).
Bird Academy's IATA course portfolio spans regulatory, operational, and professional development programmes, including: CBTA DGR (Initial and Recurrent), Foundation, Consultant, GDS Fares and Ticketing, Cargo Introductory, Cargo Rating, Managing the Travel Business, Passenger Ground Services, Document Control Systems, Safety Management Systems (SMS), Quality Management Systems (QMS), Passenger Assessment and Travel Documents, and Train the Trainer (TTT).

Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA)

Bird Academy is an approved training centre of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), authorised to conduct Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) training under the Competency-Based Training and Assessment (CBTA) framework at its Delhi centre. This authorisation enables Bird Academy to deliver DGR training across ten operational functions, including flight crew, cabin crew, cargo handlers, ground staff, and utility operators. The Academy has entered into formal agreements with Airlines and Ground Handling Agencies for the delivery of DGR training, serving a premium clientele that includes Airlines, Non-Scheduled Operators (NSOPs), Terminal Operators, Ground Handling Agencies, Freight Forwarders, and Shippers.

Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS)

Bird Academy is an approved Aviation Security Training Institute (ASTI), accredited by the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS). The BCAS ASTI programme utilises training material developed and endorsed by BCAS, supporting the effective implementation of ICAO Annex 17 Standards and Recommended Practices (SARPs). All training is delivered exclusively by BCAS-certified AVSEC instructors, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Bird Academy is authorised to conduct the following BCAS-endorsed Aviation Security training programmes:
AvSec Induction Training , 5 Days

All programmes are conducted in accordance with the National Civil Aviation Security Training Programme (NCASTP 2024), equipping aviation security personnel with critical operational skills. Bird Academy has successfully delivered AVSEC training to a premium clientele including Airlines, Logistics Companies, and Non-Scheduled Operators (NSOPs).

Aviation Multi Skill Development Centre (AMSDC)

Bird Academy was instrumental in establishing India's first Aviation Multi Skill Development Centre (AMSDC) , a landmark CSR initiative of the Airports Authority of India (AAI), awarded to the Academy through a competitive selection process. The Centre operates under the Aviation, Aerospace and Aviation Sector Skill Council (AASSC) , a Sector Skill Council under the aegis of the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), responsible for developing occupational standards, competency frameworks, and certification systems for the aviation and aerospace industry. A unique skilling and upskilling initiative, AMSDC has empowered unemployed and underprivileged youth with the skills and confidence to pursue promising careers in aviation. To date, 2,700 candidates have been trained across four roles: Airline Customer Service Executive, Airline Reservation Agent, Airline Cargo Assistant, and Airline Ramp Executive.

Department of Forests & Environment, Government of Sikkim

Bird Academy successfully delivered a capacity-building training programme for staff of the Interpretation Centres across key ecotourism and biodiversity locations in Sikkim, in collaboration with the Sikkim Bio-Diversity Conservation & Forest Management Project, Department of Forests and Environment, Government of Sikkim. The programme focused on strengthening professional skills, improving visitor engagement, and enhancing service delivery standards. A total of 26 participants , including Range Officers, Block Officers, Forest Guards, Head Forest Guards, and Environmental Assistants , attended the training, which was conducted through interactive methodologies including discussions, role plays, practical exercises, and case-based learning.
The collaboration has contributed significantly to capacity building at the Interpretation Centres, supporting the broader objectives of sustainable ecotourism development in Sikkim.

Soft Skills Training Programme for Incredible India Tourist Facilitators (IITF)

As part of Bird Group's CSR initiative, Bird Academy signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, and the Indian Institute of Tourism and Travel Management (IITTM) to deliver a specially designed Soft Skills Training Programme for 3,000 participants of the Incredible India Tourist Facilitator Certification (IITFC) programme , within a period of one year. Crafted by Bird Academy's team of experts, the programme focused on customer service, grooming, etiquette, and communication skills for tour guiding , delivered through an intensive, interactive eight-hour online programme across two days. The programme was successfully completed, positioning participants as confident, skilled leaders in the field of tour facilitation.

Odisha Government's Skill Development & Technical Education Department (2023–25)

Bird Academy partnered with the Government of Odisha under the Nutana Unnata Abhilasha (NUA) scheme to design and deliver specialised training programmes for the youth of Odisha , aimed at enhancing employability and opening meaningful career pathways. The initial phase comprised two pilot batches: the first batch of 17 students underwent Passenger Handling training at Bird Academy's Cochin centre in December 2023, followed by a batch of 6 students trained in Hospitality at the Delhi centre. Tailored to industry requirements, the programme is designed to reshape opportunities for Odisha's youth and contribute to the state's skill development objectives.

Skill Development Centre, Jewar- empowering local youth through Aviation & Hospitality Training

Bird Academy collaborated with Brisk Olive Trust , the NGO implementing partner for Noida International Airport's CSR programmes , to deliver specialised training for local youth affected by the development of Noida International Airport. In the first initiative, Bird Academy conducted a 45-day Aviation training programme from 20th August to 15th October 2025 for 30 underprivileged students at the Skill Development Centre, ITI Jewar , in collaboration with Noida International Airport (NIAL) and the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA). The programme covered Airport Ramp Operations, Passenger Handling, and soft skills, and included an airport visit and interaction with industry experts. Building on this, Bird Academy partnered with Noida International Airport Limited (NIAL) to conduct two Hospitality training programmes at ITI College, Jewar, benefitting 40 students from underprivileged backgrounds. The programme covered Front Office and Food & Beverage operations, soft skills development, hotel exposure visits, and sessions with industry experts , with all participants successfully placed in the hospitality sector.
This collaboration reflects Bird Academy's commitment to integrating local communities into the economic growth story of the Noida International Airport project and ensuring sustainable development for the region.
