Bird Academy's Multi Skilling Centre in Cochin prepares students and industry professionals for rewarding careers in aviation, through industry-focused diploma programmes that combine classroom learning with on-the-job training, stipends, and mentorship from experienced trainers. Bird Academy

Bird Academy, the highly accredited educational arm of Bird Group was established in 1998, with a clear mission to provide competent and skilled human resource in the travel, aviation, hospitality and allied industries. An authorised training centre of International Air Transport Association (IATA) since 2002, Bird Academy is also an IATA accredited Regional Training Partner (RTP) since 2018, the first and only one in India.

At Bird Academy learning goes beyond the classroom through strong industry partnerships, internships, counselling and placement support. Bird Academy offers specialised programmes including IATA certified Travel and Aviation courses, Ground Handling, Dangerous Goods Regulations, Aviation Security, Computerised Reservation System and Soft Skills Training. Rooted in a mission of social responsibility, the academy actively supports underprivileged students, especially women, empowering them to be gainfully employed.
